What is Bellydance-Fitness?

In order to perform belly dance, we should have a good condition. It is a form or art which looks simpler than it is. Therefore there is belly dance-fitness as a form in between. During belly dance-fitness course we learn basic belly dance movements without choreography or steps. That’s why the results come so fast.
We train first of all muscles which were hardly used before, including belly, ribcage, pelvic muscles, weist.
The movements are repeated sufficiently so that you get control over the muscles and build up a good condition of these parts of the body.
Although the muscles are working hard, the belly dance movements by itself load you with energy and happiness. Participants say very often: ”That's really fun!” Because you immers yourself in the varied rithm of enchanting music and tune your movements with them. As if you make the music with your body! It brings you back to the unity of the body and spirit, which is healing in all aspects.
Changes in the body you will notice after 5-8 lessons. It also helps to reduce weight. En furthermore, if you will want to move on higher level with belly dance choreography, you already have a good technique and muscle control
